Refund Policy

1. Premium Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Free Look Period: You may cancel your policy within 15 days (or 30 days for digital policies) of receiving it for a refund, after deducting:
    • Proportional risk premium for the covered period
    • Stamp duty charges
    • Medical test costs, if applicable
  • Duplicate Payment: Any excess or duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.
  • Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, the refund will be automatically processed within 5–7 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Policy cancelled after the Free Look Period
  • Policy under which a claim has been made
  • Lapsed policies due to non-payment beyond grace period
  • Premiums for products marked as "non-refundable"

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please:

  • Provide your policy number, payment receipt, and reason for refund
  • Submit any required refund request form

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.
